Little Blue - Plavac Mali
Step into the sun drenched terraces of the Pelješac Peninsula with Little Blue, a masterful photograph by Brendan Weston that captures the intimate poetry of Dalmatian viticulture. Clusters of ripe grapes rest gently in the shade of their own leaves, their deep blue skins glowing with the promise of Dingač, Croatia’s legendary inky black wine. The composition draws you deep into the vineyard’s embrace. Warm light filters through the canopy, highlighting the texture of each grape and the rugged beauty of the karst landscape that gives these vines their extraordinary character. There is a quiet reverence here, a moment of abundance before the harvest where centuries of tradition meet the simple perfection of nature. Little Blue is more than a photograph. It is an invitation to bring the soul of Dalmatia into your space, a timeless celebration of terroir, resilience, and the enduring romance of Croatian winemaking. Perfect for collectors who cherish Mediterranean heritage, culinary passion, or the quiet drama of the land.

About The Artist:
Brendan Weston
I shoot for beauty. There is no other explanation.
My work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and displayed across the US and Europe, including at foreign embassies and US Embassy gallery shows. But I've always had one goal.
To show beauty and excellence.
That has taken me to lots of places, from leading a Big Tech marketing team making hundreds of videos a year to a barren hill in Greece, alone just before dawn with a camera in hand.
For nearly a decade my prints were mostly for private collectors and friends. Now I'm making a limited number of them available to the public, as well as to institutions that share the same vision of having their spaces shine with beauty and excellence.
