In Lazareto, Dubrovnik, Brendan Weston presents a picturesque and historically rich view of the historic lazaretto in Dubrovnik. This elegant structure once served as a quarantine station protecting the great maritime republic now stands as a graceful monument to the citys golden age of trade and resilience.

The composition highlights the architectural beauty against the iconic backdrop of Dubrovnik with masterful light and perspective that draws you into the scene. Every detail speaks of centuries of seafaring heritage, protection, and the enduring spirit of this coastal jewel.

About The Artist:
Brendan Weston

I shoot for beauty. There is no other explanation.

My work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and displayed across the US and Europe, including at foreign embassies and US Embassy gallery shows. But I've always had one goal.

To show beauty and excellence.

That has taken me to lots of places, from leading a Big Tech marketing team making hundreds of videos a year to a barren hill in Greece, alone just before dawn with a camera in hand.

For nearly a decade my prints were mostly for private collectors and friends. Now I'm making a limited number of them available to the public, as well as to institutions that share the same vision of having their spaces shine with beauty and excellence.
